Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Beat the grated cheese well with the margarine.
  3. Add the plain flour, red pepper, and salt; chill the dough for 1 hour.
  4. Mix in the Rice Krispies.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and press them out with a fork.
  6. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° until slightly browned.
