Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place one vanilla wafer in each foil liner (baking cup).
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture into the foil liners over the wafers.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25 minutes.
