- Mix flour, oleo, and half of the chopped nuts.
- Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form a crust.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Cool on a rack for at least 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, blend and whip confectioners sugar and cream cheese, then fold in half of the Cool Whip.
- Spread the cheese mixture on the cooled crust in one direction.
- In a separate bowl, blend the pudding mix with milk until thick, then spread over the cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
