Cheese garlic rolls offer a flavorful combination of melted cheeses, aromatic garlic, and crunchy pecans, perfect as an appetizer or snack for cheese lovers and entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shredded mild cheese
  • 1/2 pound shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chili powder.
  2. Knead well until mixture is uniform.
  3. Shape into rolls 4 inches long and 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Roll each roll in chili powder on waxed paper.
  5. Refrigerate the rolls until chilled.
  6. Slice to serve.
