Cheese Noodle Pudding is a creamy, sweet and savory casserole with tender noodles, cream cheese, and a crunchy corn flake topping, perfect for family gatherings or holiday meals.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 lb melted butter
  • 5 Tbsp melted butter (reserve for topping)
  • 1 lb medium noodles
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 Tbsp sugar (reserve for topping)

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles and drain well.
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add sugar, melted butter, sour cream, mashed cream cheese, and vanilla to the eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large, well-buttered baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled corn flakes over the top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
