Cheese and olive snack bites with a savory cheese coating and pimento-stuffed green olives, perfect for parties or casual gatherings with a rich, cheesy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 12 oz. wedge Cheddar cheese
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • green pitted olives with pimentos

Instructions

  1. When at room temperature, mash the Cheddar cheese with a fork or mixer.
  2. Work in the flour to the cheese mixture.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
  4. Pat out the mixture flat on a surface.
  5. Roll a small amount of the mixture around each olive.
  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
