Cheese stuffed pickles offer a savory, creamy filling combined with the tang of dill, perfect as an appetizer or party snack for cheese lovers and pickle enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 4 large dill pickles
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • cream
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • crisp bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of the pickles and remove the centers with an apple corer or potato peeler.
  2. Soften the cream cheese and add enough cream to moisten.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and bacon bits to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Stuff the pickles with the cheese mixture and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Cut the stuffed pickles into 1/2-inch slices and serve.
