Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper to the beef.
  3. Cover and simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in cubed Velveeta cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Fill rolls with the meat mixture.
  7. Wrap each filled roll in foil.
  8. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes.
