Ingredients

  • tomato
  • flour tortillas
  • water
  • lean ground beef
  • taco seasoning mix
  • Colby cheese
  • chunky salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and pour off excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix and water to the beef and simmer.
  3. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of the taco meat in each flour tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and place seam side down in a glass casserole dish.
  5. Top with chunky salsa, Cheez Whiz, and Colby cheese.
  6. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese has completely melted.
  7. Serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
