Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
  2. Saute chopped onion and chopped green pepper in melted butter in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add the cooked broccoli, cream of chicken soup, cubed American cheese, and water to the saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts, stirring often.
  5. Serve immediately.
