Ingredients

  • butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. (6) biscuits
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease four (10 ounce) custard cups with butter.
  2. Cut 2 of the biscuits into 8 pie-shaped wedges each.
  3. Roll the remaining biscuits into 4 to 5-inch circles.
  4. Place one biscuit circle in each greased cup, pressing against the bottom and up the sides.
