Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Put a layer of shredded lettuce in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  3. Add a layer of sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Spread a layer of frozen peas over the eggs.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Crumble cooked bacon over the cheese.
  7. Spread mayonnaise over the bacon layer.
  8. Repeat layers as desired and chill before serving.
