Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cream
  • bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, flour, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Blend in the cream until smooth.
  4. Place the shredded cabbage in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the cabbage.
  6. Top with bacon slices.
  7. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid to crisp the bacon before serving.
