Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
  • grated or cubed American cheese to taste
  • cubed turkey or lunch meat to taste
  • chopped green onions to taste
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl with mayonnaise.
  2. Sprinkle the top of the salad with garlic salt.
  3. Serve immediately or chilled.
