Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean turkey, ground
  • 1/2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Spray cooking spray evenly into a large frying pan.
  3. Form the mixture into medium-sized balls with your fingers and place them into the hot pan.
  4. Brown the meatballs on one side.
  5. Turn the meatballs over, add tomato sauce, cover, and cook on low heat until cooked through.
  6. Serve with more sauce and pasta.
