Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, 1 cup flour, and 3 tablespoons brown sugar with a pastry cutter and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°.
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture on the crust.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
