Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 12 oz. vanilla chips
  • red food coloring as desired
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. cherry extract
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Bring margarine, milk, sugar and marshmallows to a boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla chips, cherry extract and food coloring.
  3. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and chill while preparing topping.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  5. Stir in peanuts.
  6. Spread on top of other ingredients and cool in freezer.
