Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • slivered almonds
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Parmesan cheese
  • spaghetti or noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into serving pieces and place them in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soups with the white cooking wine.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken pieces.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and soups.
  5. Sprinkle slivered almonds over the entire dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
  7. Serve the baked chicken over cooked noodles or spaghetti.
