Chicken A La Greque

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine oregano, salt and pepper in a small dish. Rub seasonings into chicken. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Blend olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake 40 minutes until tender.
