Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut up into cubes
  • 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a greased casserole dish, mix chicken, broccoli, soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, and 1 cup of bread crumbs.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  3. Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
