Chicken And Chestnuts

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 can chestnuts, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry wine
  • 3 tsp. butter
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and add flour, salt, garlic salt and chicken to frying pan.
  2. Cook for about 2 minutes, until tender.
  3. Add soup, milk and remaining ingredients.
  4. Heat all together.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
