Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook and debone the whole chicken.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mixture from the box, mixing it with melted butter or margarine, reserving one-third for topping.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion powder, and the remaining stuffing mixture together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Spread the reserved stuffing mixture on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
