Ingredients

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 small hot pepper
  • 1 bunch broccoli

Instructions

  1. Combine canned chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, and 2 cups water; set aside.
  2. Cook all other vegetables and chicken until very tender; cut into small pieces.
  3. Puree all vegetables and chicken breast in a blender.
  4. Add the pureed mixture and chicken breast to the stock.
  5. Simmer on low flame for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with garlic crackers or corn muffins.
