Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. linguine

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken breasts in butter and white wine until cooked through.
  2. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  3. Mix cooked chicken, chopped tomato, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  5. Pour the chicken and sauce mixture over the cooked linguine and serve.
