- In plastic bag, combine 2 tablespoons flour, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- Add chicken.
- Melt butter in pan and saute chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove to heated platter.
- Cut ham into strips.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes in the same skillet.
- Place over chicken.
- Stir 2 tablespoons flour into drippings in skillet. Blend well.
- Stir in wine.
- Gradually add milk until it boils and thickens.
- Add cheese until melted.
- Serve over chicken.
- Serve with rice.
