Ingredients

  • 3 c. chicken stock
  • 1 c. black olives
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 c. cream

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except eggs and cream in a blender on high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat.
  3. Add beaten eggs to the hot soup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in the cream and heat through.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
