Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • garlic salt
  • Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in eggs and garlic salt for 3 hours.
  2. Coat chicken in bread crumbs and brown on top of stove.
  3. Lay flat in a 15 x 10-inch pan.
  4. Mix bouillon cubes in 1 cup of water and pour over chicken.
  5. Spread shredded cheeses over chicken.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
