Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 onion
  • a little green pepper
  • 1 egg
  • stuffing
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of celery

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan with the hamburger mixture made from ground chuck, chopped onion, and green pepper.
  2. Place the stuffing on top of the hamburger mixture.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken or cream of celery soup over the stuffing.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour.
