Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 2 cans fried onion rings
  • 2 boiled chickens
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 3 Tbsp chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled chickens into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and chicken stock to make the sauce.
  3. Add the chopped chicken pieces to the sauce and mix well.
  4. Drain sliced water chestnuts and green beans, then fold them into the mixture.
  5. Crush the fried onion rings and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional fried onion rings if desired.
