Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cutlets
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • garlic salt
  • celery salt
  • seasonings
  • 1/2 pint wine
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Put seasoning and 1 teaspoon flour over the chicken pieces.
  2. Melt some butter in a pan.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until half done, turning occasionally.
  4. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until the chicken is white and no longer pink.
  5. Pour in the wine and add more seasoning if necessary.
  6. Reduce the heat and let it steam for a few minutes.
  7. Add the heavy cream and simmer on the smallest flame for a few minutes before serving.
