Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced ⓘ
- 1/4 cup broth ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 cup diced celery ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 2 cups crushed potato chips ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except potato chips and place in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and golden.
