Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 cup salted cashews
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 cups chopped chicken

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and water in a bowl.
  2. Add the Chinese noodles to the mixture, reserving 1 cup of noodles for topping.
  3. Stir in the chopped chicken, sliced celery, and salted cashews.
  4. Toss the mixture lightly to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining noodles on top of the casserole.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Garnish with mandarin oranges before serving.
