Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked or canned chicken
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup celery slices
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the noodles, mixing well.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of chow mein noodles.
  3. Turn the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining chow mein noodles on top.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 50 minutes, or until hot.
