- Marinate the chicken cutlets in eggs, water, paprika, and garlic for 2 hours.
- Bread the marinated chicken in seasoned bread crumbs and sauté in margarine until browned.
- Place the browned chicken in an oblong casserole dish lined with foil.
- Add chicken broth, white wine, cheese, and mushrooms (or olives, or snow peas) to the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
