Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped cooked chicken or turkey, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, drained mixed vegetables, and poultry seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Bisquick, sour cream, and milk to make the biscuit topping.
  4. Pour the biscuit mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
