Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 3 to 4 c. chicken
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 or more c. chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the green pepper, celery, and onion with the cooked spaghetti.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Bake the mixture in a moderate oven for about 30 to 40 minutes or cook in a slow cooker for a few hours.
