- Beat the egg in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Combine the flour, garlic, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
- In a skillet, brown the coated chicken in margarine or butter over medium heat.
- Dissolve the chicken bouillon in boiling water, then add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Add the bouillon mixture to the skillet with the chicken. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
