Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsifted flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  2. Combine the flour, garlic, and paprika in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  4. In a skillet, brown the coated chicken in margarine or butter over medium heat.
  5. Dissolve the chicken bouillon in boiling water, then add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  6. Add the bouillon mixture to the skillet with the chicken. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish as desired and serve.
