Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. ground tarragon
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. Skin the chicken breasts and dust them with flour.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and cook over low heat for 10 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove the lid and boil the juices down quickly.
  5. Serve the chicken over rice.
