Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 8 skinned chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine the finely chopped green onions, crushed garlic cloves, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined to make the marinade.
  3. Arrange the skinned chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken thighs.
  5. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours before cooking.
