Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Romano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil and oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, Romano cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic salt.
  4. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken skin side up in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden.
  7. Add white wine, chopped green onions, and chopped parsley to the remaining butter in the saucepan.
  8. Pour the butter sauce mixture over the chicken when golden and return to oven for 5 minutes.
