- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a saucepan, melt butter.
- Combine bread crumbs, Romano cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic salt.
- Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken skin side up in a baking dish.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden.
- Add white wine, chopped green onions, and chopped parsley to the remaining butter in the saucepan.
- Pour the butter sauce mixture over the chicken when golden and return to oven for 5 minutes.
