Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 slices Muenster cheese
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken chunks in eggs for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, parsley flakes, and garlic salt in a large storage bag.
  3. Place chicken in the bag and shake to coat.
  4. Brown chicken lightly in olive oil.
  5. In a 13 x 9-inch sprayed dish, lay the chicken pieces.
  6. Add drained mushrooms and slices of Muenster cheese on top.
  7. Pour chicken bouillon over the layered ingredients.
  8. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
