Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup Bisquick mix
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 large chicken breast halves
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brush the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan with vegetable oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, Bisquick mix, Italian seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts, skin side down, in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes.
  6. Turn the chicken breasts during baking.
