Ingredients

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup chopped mushroom stems
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated nonfat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  2. Heat chicken broth in a skillet and cook the chopped onion and ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add the chopped mushroom stems, nonfat ricotta cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and basil to the skillet.
  4. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated nonfat mozzarella cheese.
  6. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
