Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the cooking sherry for a few hours before cooking. If you don't have cooking sherry, white wine or chicken broth can be used as substitutes. To enhance the dish, add some diced bell peppers or celery when sautéing the onions and garlic. This Chicken New Orleans recipe pairs beautifully with Pasta Shells With Chicken And Broccoli.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Chicken New Orleans over a bed of cooked rice to soak up the delicious sauce. For a complete meal, pair it with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
