A hearty and comforting soup combining tender chicken or beef with vegetables and a creamy tomato base, perfect for cozy family dinners or cold days.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken until done, then remove and cut into cubes.
  2. Cook the vegetables (cabbage, celery, carrots, onion, potatoes) until tender.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the vegetables.
  4. Mix one can of cream of tomato soup with one can of evaporated milk.
  5. Add the tomato and milk mixture to the soup just before serving.
