Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over the stove until hot.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover the skillet and simmer for about 40 minutes or until almost all liquid has evaporated.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
