Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 to 4 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 or more green chili peppers, peeled and chopped
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up

Instructions

  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Stir in cooked peas, chopped parsley, and diced cooked chicken.
