Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken (bite-sized)
  • 1 1/4 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Cook 3 to 4 chicken breasts in water until tender.
  2. Cut up the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and poppy seed together.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and melt the butter.
  5. Layer the chicken mixture in a baking dish, top with crushed crackers, and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
