Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken
  • 2 cups peas or broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine mushroom soup, milk, and salt in a casserole dish.
  2. Add cooked chicken or turkey and peas or broccoli to the mixture.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then beat in the egg yolks.
  5. Add Cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and carefully fold the yolks into the whites.
  6. Pile the egg mixture on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  7. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until golden and set.
