Ingredients

  • fryer chicken
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 1 chopped hot pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh green peas
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 peeled potato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onion and crushed garlic in a pot until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced green pepper, sliced carrot, and peeled tomato; cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add cut-up peeled potato, hot pepper, salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of cumin; stir well.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add fryer chicken pieces and cook until chicken is done and tender.
  6. Stir in fresh green peas and white wine; cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
