- Sauté chopped onion and crushed garlic in a pot until fragrant.
- Add sliced green pepper, sliced carrot, and peeled tomato; cook for a few minutes.
- Add cut-up peeled potato, hot pepper, salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of cumin; stir well.
- Pour in 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil.
- Add fryer chicken pieces and cook until chicken is done and tender.
- Stir in fresh green peas and white wine; cook for another 5 minutes.
